  2. For Responses filed more than thirty (30) days after a Determination, the Registrant should pay the fee for re-examination according to the above schedule of fees.
  3. Where the Complaint lists fifteen (15) or more disputed domain names, the registrant should pay the Response fee as according to the above schedule of fees.
  4. Fees to be paid to the Kuala Lumpur Office of the Centre in accordance with the Supplemental Rules shall be paid by draft made payable to "Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration" in the event the proceedings are to be administered by the Centre's Kuala Lumpur Office. All fees to be paid are in US Dollars.
  5. The said fees do not include any payments that might have to be made to a lawyer representing a Party.
  6. All bank charges, transfer fees or other amounts that may be levied in connection with a payment made to the relevant Office of the Centre shall be the responsibility of the Party making the payment.

B. Appeal

  1. The applicable fees for appeal initiated in accordance with Paragraph 12 of the URS Procedure are specified as follows:-

Fees to be paid to the Kuala Lumpur Office of the Centre in accordance with the Supplemental Rules shall be paid by draft made payable to "Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration" in the event the proceedings are to be administered by the Centre's Kuala Lumpur Office. All fees to be paid are in US Dollars.
  4. The said fees do not include any payments that might have to be made to a lawyer representing a Party.
