Welcome to the ADNDRC (Hong Kong Office) - Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Website.

As of 8 November 200 4 , the ADNDRC (HONG KONG OFFICE) has been approved by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), to be one of the registrar transfer dispute resolution centres. Registrar transfer disputes handled by the ADNDRC (Hong Kong Office) are governed by the ICANN Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy and ADNDRC Supplemental Rules to ICANN Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy adopted by the ADNDRC (HONG KONG OFFICE) with effect from 12 November 200 4 . The Administrative Proceeding process will be based only on the documents provided by the parties with an in-person hearing occurring only in exceptional cases.

Registrar Transfer Dispute administered by the ADNDRC (Hong Kong Office) can be filed and handled by e-mail, fax and/or post. The necessary forms for filing a Request for Enforcement / Appeal or submitting a Response to a Request for Enforcement.
