transferred to a new registrar without your
authorization or consent, or
bullet You believe that your transfer request was
inappropriately denied by your registrar

7 calendar to complete the “Form R-Fil”,
Failing which the Panel may determine
the Dispute based upon the Complaint
and evidence submitted

agreement reached between the Parties

Complete the Form of Authorisation (FOA) with the Filing Registrar in order that it can properly proceed the TDRP process

relevant Office of the Centre
